We hope that you love all your purchases from FEAR🤍LESS Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. After this time frame, your item would not be eligible for return.
Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
To Process a Return:
To return items, please ensure your return is within our return policy and meets all return requirements. After verifying this, please package the item either in its original package, or packaged so that it will not get damaged in shipment, as FEAR🤍LESS does not assume responsibility for damaged items during shipment. • We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the returned condition.
• Please consider purchasing tracking or delivery confirmation, as FEAR🤍LESS is not responsible for lost return packages.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned to FEAR🤍LESS. We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on FEAR🤍LESS’s behalf. After return is accepted, customer will receive notification via email of their FEAR🤍LESS store credit amount. If you believe you have received defected or incorrect merchandise, you must email us within 5 days of the package's original delivery.
